The 'love' on "Love songs"
 

Well, I was wondering about the love concept in all the tracks of the new album and so I figured out these... I don't expect everyone to agree with me of course... So, if you have another point, show us :D

01. Love Song - about love in the life

02. crossroad - about self-love

03. MOON - love for someone you had

04. sending mail - secret love for someone

05. Last Angel - love for someone you wish

07. Like a doll - about self-love

09. blossom - love about a relationship

10. Thank U - love for a friendship / fans

11. Sweet Season - love for someone that was a lover and now is a friend

13. do it again - about self-love

14. November - about the true love

15. Virgin Road - love for someone you have

16. SEVEN DAYS WAR - love for a identity or cause

Since Virgin Road is about/for her mother, it should also probably be love for her mother (parent).

Also, this in my interpretation, but I think that sending mail is more abuot a bitter, angry love. Like being in love with somebody but not wanting to be. She's writing a letter to tell somebody how much she hates them, but can't because she's subconsciously sabotaging herself.

oh i just forgot that Virgin Road was wrote for her mother... but anyway, still a love for someone you have :)

and well, in my interpretation, sending mail is for someone that you love but you are angry and confused cuz u cant tell him/her yr true feelings...

but yeah, you also had a good point :D

I don't see how crossroad is about self-love. These are all very vague to me and I don't think they capture the real essences of the song.

It reminds me of when Lady Gaga talked about the "monsters" in each song of her album, but those actually made sense more or less, if you can pretend half her songs are NOT about sex. But thats kind of impossible anyway
