ayu yearly chart on hongkong and taiwan
 

is there any data or news bout ayu position on hongkong n taiwan end year chart..
she used to top the chart around 06-07..
im curious bout last year chart..
as i remember corectly she was no 2 on hk/taiwan chart in 09 smashed down by super junior..
did she chart well during last year chart..when hallyu wave is goin on..

the most curious thing when i was in china and HK is that i tuned every night on mtv asia to catch on of her PVs but never seen one..can't wait for somebody to reply your question

Rock'n'Roll Circus was #13 in the Jpop/Kpop charts (Accounted for 1.23% of Jpop/Kpop sales)
Arena Tour 2009 was #19 in the DVD charts (Accounted for 0.24% of all DVD sales)

And she didn't chart on the Overall Music charts


@C+R+E+AYUMI: Haha I had the same problem when I wanted to watch her PVs in Taiwan, but MTV mainly plays videos that are being promoted right now~ So maybe you went to China/HK at a time where Ayu wasn't in her promotional period~/

What's with this whole Hallyu wave thing?? I listen to some Kpop but I honestly don't understand why it's so huge right now.

Catchy tunes and good marketing I suppose...

It's just the trend now~ JE groups used to dominate the charts in Taiwan~

Maybe what you remember are the weekly charts? When Ayu releases a single/album, she's usually always #1 or #2
