Party Queen digital sales ?

I asked the question in the main Party Queen thread but it wasn't the place.

So what are Party Queen digital sales ? I mean BEFORE march 21, cause we all know it was "accidentally" released a week before on Itunes.
Did they count those sales, or are they left forever ?

Which company counts digital album sales ? Recochoku doesn't seem to, and Oricon counts only physical sales ?

I've always wondered this too.
How CAN we know how much it sold digitally?

Digital numbers are never released in Japan =/

sadness...

they need to start including it. I mean if the western world can do it, why not Japan...

If that's the case why release the album early on iTunes when the number are not used. More people these day prefer to download than buy a physical copies. Its like how our parents had records, we had cds and now the digital age. Especially coming from Japan, they should count theses sales

She gets the money even if the numbers aren't announced, you know?

Money > Charts

We only would know if only any song of the album has been downloaded 100,000 times.

When a song has been downloaded 100,000 times RIAJ will publish it.

Only certain Ayu songs have broken the 100,000 downloads mark.

^^ If thats the case, then I guess we can say that party queen has not hit 100,000 copies on iTunes. maybe she HAS hit 150k with iTunes totals but we just don't know it.

Ayu fans are too old to be into downloading stuff you only see the numbers and certifications being published for acts like Kana and AKB48

Recochoku has an album chart at the end of the year. But without actual sales, just position. Don't know if iTunes has a yearly chart.

RIAJ only gives certifications from 100,000 upwards.
For digital downloads only songs are certified, not whole albums.
You're just able to evaluate how an album sold digitally when shops like recochoku or iTunes publishes a chart.
