This is a super tough choice. Dr. Jolin and The Great Artist were brilliant videos. However, Fantasy really took me back to 2001-2003 era pop music and I was so thrilled to see Jolin step back about 10 years and do something that was colorful and fun without wrapping a ton of sex or fierceness into it, and more-so that it wasn't done to a dumb child-like song that seems to appear on every C-Pop record.
On another note, I remember hearing about Jolin's MUSE coming out and I thought, "Oh dear, here she goes with another bland record that may have 1, maybe 2 decent songs on it." I was blown away with the release for The Great Artist, the photo shoots, her general attitude throughout the PVs on this album. I felt like her break from music helped her come back with a less cocky attitude and only confident that she could perform. Major thanks to her for being only the second C-Pop artist I've seen include gay themes in her videos. Elva got to it first, but Jolin earned a ton of respect for her blatant message of acceptance for all types of love.
