I found Secret!
 

I just had to post this as soon as I got home. I went to a big book store where they have used books, movies, CD's, and video games....and was quite surprised to find something there....

....I have wanted to collect all of Ayumi's albums but lo and behold, I only had 3 (not including her singles box set). I just haven't been able to afford most of her music since it's like...sometimes $50 for me to buy one CD...WELL. I have always wanted Secret.

...And there it happened to be, at the bookstore. I was gonna buy a game but decided to look at the CD's first. I just happened to go to the World section, with no other motive than to just see what could be there. There it was, Ayumi Hamasaki's album Secret for $6.95! It has no scratches and it comes with the DVD, too! Today has been a great day!

Now I have it on my computer table staring at me. :luv2

I wanna celebrate now! Sometime, I'll go back to that store and look all over the CD section for more of her albums. I think, though, its unlikely that I'll find any more. It was funny though, 'cause everyone else with me was like, "who's that singer?"

Hearing your story makes me want to pay more attention to the world music sections here at home.

Wow you are very lucky to found it!!! I found once utada ultra blue and ayu`s forgiveness single here in a music store. But they were tooooooo expensive (the single was in 80usd) :/

i found ''CDL 10-11 ~do it again~'' for 90€ (119,97$) in a store in my street a few days ago... but this was also way too expensive for me :(

Whoa, that's awesome. I had something similar happen a few days ago. I went to a place that sells used cds and walked away with three I've been looking for. (None were Ayumi but still. XP) Thrift stores can be really great!

I can't tell. I think it's the Japanese press, though. (it has Japanese writing on the back instead of lots of Chinese. XD)

I'm so happy with it! It works perfectly. Who could imagine obtaining and Ayumi Hamasaki CD for nearly $7? It's so awesome!

I found some Japanese and Korean CD's at a local used bookstore where I live. I was so amazed. I check frequently; hoping to catch another one (;

Btw there is one way to tell if its HK/OS press or jpn press. If it says something like 'this cd is to be sold in Malaysia, Indonesia, etc...' Then you know what it is.

Regardless $7 is a steal! And the better of the two covers as well!

hehe, well, I had been using Visual Kei pictures as my avatars on here, and decided since I was so excited about finding an Ayumi Hamasaki CD that I'd go ahead and celebrate. Thus, to celebrate Secret, I used one of those pictures from the booklet. I do love it though. It's so glitzy and sparkly!

Thanks for letting me know. I don't see anywhere on the CD where it says it was sold in Malaysia or Indonesia. The case itself has a pretty decently sized statch on it though. :roflmao

That's awesome!! We have a store that sells Korean CDs and DVD but at like, 3 times the price ($49.95 AUD for PSY's newest album? No thanks!). The only retail priced items I've found here were the PSY album for $22 and SHINEE's Sherlock for $24 at JBHifi.

now that was unexpected!! for less than $7

I've look for 'em here in SA and never seen a single kpop CD here at all yet lol. I picked up a CD of artists from Cube in Sydney but still yet to see anything here.

At those prices it's quite often better to buy online at YA and get free shipping lol
