Oricon says the album sold 62,379 in 1 day, that is almost what it sold the rest of the week! What happened here? They did some promo? Or is it a mistake? Or SM bought those copies? (I've heard they do that kind of thing in Korea..)

If this is true, the grand total should be around 120k copies :thud

Maybe that big event with 50,000 fans helps a lot ?

It's a free event for people that bought the CD so it's pretty possible it was the reason

Album sales are a good indicator as how popular they are in Japan :) you should be worried because if they don't do good enough they will be fired, and I bet you want them to keep releasing things
