she looks gorgeous. And they mask her tattoo because in asia tattoos are still widely viewed as a yakuza/gangster thing. Its a very common practice for public media outlets such as magazines and television shows.

This is a good move advertising wise with it being free, to help get some advertising about her. It may be just a magazine but a free magazine moves more and faster than one you have to pay for
