Are there any female Jpop singers who are over 5'6" tall?
 

I know how random this post is but it's gotten me thinking lol.

Most Jpop singers are under 5'4" Namie, Ayumi & Utada. Was pretty surprised to find out Miliyah's height she's so petite at around 4'11"! Shiina seems to be the tallest Jpop singer I can think of at around 5'6". Is there anyone taller?

99% of female japanese singers are really short. The average japanese woman is only 5'2" tall.

The tallest I could think of is Crystal Kay and she is barely 5'6". Besides, she's half-korean and half african-american.

I guess living in Australia which is one of the tallest countries in the world. It just surprises me that there seems to be not a single female artist in Japan over 5'6"! Because that's not even tall haha.

She's obnoxiously taller then the rest of them. But they could just be really short and she could be average.

Anna Tsuchiya is 1.68m taller... That's the only one I could think about. And she's also mixed so...

Namie is UNDER 5'4" I said. haha she's 5'2". She does look taller then she is. Most very slender girls look taller then they actually are.

Even the models in the movie Helter Skelter were not over 5'6" in real life. They did make Erika Sawajiri appear taller then she is.

That's Iida Kaori - apparently she's about 5'5" tall and was the tallest member of Morning Musume at the time. She looks way taller than that in the PV you linked, but I guess it's because everyone else is so short. I'm used to 5'5" being a normal height for women where I live lol

FINALLY I wanted to know who she is for so long thank you. Her wikipedia page says she's 5'7". And other sources I would say that's accurate. That's the exact height I guessed. Because she's so obnoxiously taller then them not slightly.

It's like Alice in wonderland watching her in that confined bus with all the petite girls. haha I do see other sites that say she's 5'5" but I really believe she's 5'7" We have another winner! :woohoo:

You're TALL for a female. I'm 5'8" and it's so rare I meet girls taller then me. You're model height! So it's no surprise this shocks you haha.

Being 5'8" is such a confusing height. Tall people say you're short, short people say you're tall. lol. So we never really feel we fit with tall or short. And no one ever says "medium height". You have to be either short or tall.

I swear I have a six sense when it comes to height. I spot on guess most celebrities height.

I'll never forget when I was at my sisters graduation earlier this year a group of Asian girls were standing next to me and they were ALL taller then me. I was so confused. I had dress shoes on so I was around 5'9". Not only that they were all gorgeous slender 10/10's one wasn't even wearing heels. I'll assume they're all sisters and both their parents are tall haha.

We're getting quite a lot of 5'5"/5'6" girls but little to none over 5'6". I thought there would be more haha. I've never heard of TWICE I really love their style.

Other than her heels, she just have great proportions. A small face and a longer lower half~
