^ I LOVE them, lol, we never got to see that tattoo fully, but from what we've seen from NAKED photoshoot hers are really cute and not trashy at all. I do wonder when she had those made.

^ I wonder that too, because I think she already had it when the Rule PV was done?
But she also seems to have "retouched" it over the years because in the VIVI Naked Talk shooting you can see only one star on each side but in the Party Queen Booklet, you see two stars on each side on that lower back tattoo.
Same with the one on her hip that was retouched as well I think.
