Basically what I understood is that Urata Naoya tried to hit/harass a girl on a Convenience Store on this Saturday, around 5pm, and as the girl denied his "invitation" he slapped her on her face. He was arrested but because it's private case, the police haven't release any official information yet.

It's trending on Twitter so that's how I found out. There's also informations that he was drunk (what was also what people thought when he posted the "love declaration" for Ayu earlier this year.

Edit: It's not sure if it was on the 19th or the 20th (there's difference in different sources). Also there's one article mentioning that Urata said on the testimony that he don't remember.

Edit 2: according to this video he said "Don't you want to drink with me, I'm Urata Naoya from AAA, don't you know me?". And then the girl said "I don't know", and then he slapped her. https://twitter.com/aaayui0313/statu...41247612309504

AAA’s Urata Naoya arrested for assault on a woman

It was reported that AAA’s Urata Naoya was arrested by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department on suspicion of assaulting a woman.

At around 5:30 am on April 19, he reportedly slapped the left cheek of a woman in her 20s at a convenience store in Chuo Ward.

According to the Metropolitan Police Department, Urata told a woman who was shopping at the store, “Do you want to drink together?” “I’m a member of AAA, don’t you know?” When the woman answered “I don’t know”, she was hit by Urata.

At that time, Urata was reportedly drunk. Urata has denied the charges, “I do not remember.” The Metropolitan Police Department is currently investigating the details of the case.

According to Avex, his affiliated office, “the facts are currently being confirmed.”

AAA is a 6 member performance group who debuted in September 2005. Urata is the leader and lead vocalist. The group is also the winner of the 2005 New Record Award for Best Newcomer.

But, still, why in the world Urata would treat such a young girl in a rude manner?

Urata Naoya could retire all because of this nonsense. And given how fragile AAA already is, I have a feeling this group could disband as well...

In the TV they showed this newspaper in which they title him "Ayu's 'younger brother'" as the headline.

This is so sad and disgusting, I knew they'd drag Ayu's name over this.

Drunk people, especially alcoholics, do way worse things, like killing, it's on the news all the time.
