I've never heard of the 1st release either, although it seems to have been released a few weeks ago.

The 2nd release was recently brought up in this thread, but it's also unclear as to what the book contains, as is the 3rd release.

I used to have scans of the 4th item listed, so I'll see if I can find them.

I have that issue of Smart Magazine, but besides those images of Ayu that were posted some time ago, it may not be of much value to those looking for lots of Ayu images. I suggest trying to look for either the recent Vivi or CD Data for some nice images.

Regarding the PopTeen images, the scans were posted here a few weeks ago, although the images don't work anymore. For now, you can use these links:
