It only has the PV I think, that's the case with DAI's CD+DVD singles, same with Shiina Ringo's.

What else would the DVD possibly be? It's a PV, given Avex's previous releases.

Perhaps the PV for "Moments" and the rumored 2nd track in the single, entitled "Memories". Maybe also a bonus interview w/ Ayu.
