December 15th, 2004 <- my estimated date for an album. No one knows yet as to whether About You will be only on the single, on the album, or both. Currently, there's been talk that CAROLS will have 3 variations of the song on the single, so I suppose About You may only be on the album.

I hope About You is not on the single.. Because it'll spoil it, the preview sucks a lot, and I think the whole song will be horrible. And Carols looks like a greeeeeat song! Let's wait and see.

Has anyone ever thought that "About you" can still be a single as well and not necessarily an album song? just another guessing, even though the odds seem to go more for it being an album song.

about you is a bit catchier..judging from the preview...but then..with ballads..u sorta need to feel the whole song..:-/...

CAROLS is better than About you, that's what I think. Probably that's what Ayu thinks too, don't you think? Or else why she choose to release CAROLS as a single first, if she herself is not confident with the quality of the song?

I think Im starting to like CAROLS more then about you, but who knows we only got a small clip, game had a slow part at the start, for all we know CAROLS could be another rockish kind of song.

I like CAROLS more for some reason, i think About You is weird, but well all have to wait and see until the singles or album comes out

From the preview, I like 'CAROLS' more than 'About you' no doubt. There isn't much of a melody in the 'About you' preview.

Having an unreleased song in a CM not placed in a single doesn't necessarily mean we're getting an album soon. 'I am...' was released half a month after 'Naturally', which was never on any single because we waited and waited.

But at least 'About you' had a title, 'still alone' and 'Naturally' never even had a name when we got the CM. We had to call them 'Visee Song' and 'Takano Yuri Song'.

But I hope 'About you' gets some work done on it before being placed in the album, her vocals in it leaves much to be desired. ('Naturally' and 'still alone' were different in the album from the CM)

Is there at least going to be a 30 sec ver. of the Lumix 'CAROLS' CM?

I like CAROLS more, I want a slow song after INSPIRE, a quiet one too o_o

I liked what I could hear of the CAROLS CM clip, although I haven't heard About You yet. I don't mind if it's another uptempo song, just so long as it's pretty good. Although she is due for a true ballad; we haven't had one since forgiveness.

I agree, an album will probably come out in December. I'd say she's not quite due for one yet, but releasing 2 singles before an album kind of forces the time to come.

waaaay too early to tell, in my opinion. i haven't even heard a good quality version of CAROLS, and i haven't heard the full versions of both songs. And it is true that About You might be on the up and coming album, but I don't think people should get their hopes up. I think i'll like CAROLS more, only because i've been craving ballads lately, but i don't think it's fair to judge since i haven't heard a good quality, or atleast a full version of each song :P

About you reminds me of I am... (one of my favourite Ayu songs). I usually dont like Ayu ballads. Theyre too syrupy. I bet she's gonna perform this for Kouhaku.

Hmm at this moment I like 'About You' a lot more and I really love the melody and strange instruments. I couldn't hear much of the 'CAROLS' preview which kinda stinks but it sounds okay... but not as good as 'About You' may take some time to get use to like 'Far away' did for me. Hmm who knows I'm guessing this'll turn out like 'Because of You' for me. I couldn't hear anything in the CM and couldnt' really get a good idea of it but when the full version came out BAM I was blown away... just an awesome song. I'm hoping 'CAROLS' will be like that too ^_^ even though I still don't like the title very much. So 'About You' for me at the moment.
