Why do somemany People hate this song? I noticed alot of People just don't like it. I wanna know why ?

I like forgiveness, the lyrics may not be the best, but I like it, even the engrish at the end :yes I suppose I just like the way it sounds.

Because some people dont like ballads. I mean, ayu's music has a lot of diversity, sooo not everybody's gonna like everything but a lot of people are gonna like some things...sigh...

alot of people didn't like the PV, or the Engrish-y lyrics at the end, and the melody was considered boring/cheesy by alot of people

personally, I think it's a beautiful song

frankly speaking... this song is too 'long' and the sharp pitch is too long too.... very ayu... i kind of dislike it when i first heard it.. but after a few hears it is actually quite a nice piece of music...

I never watched the PV because the song never caught me. IMO its just too boring. There's nothing that makes it stand out unless you decide to listen to it 'til the chorus. But by then i'm surely onto the next song.

yeah... maybe for someone that song is overway tooooo long ^^ but for me... I always consider that song expresses a fairy's feeling... i love it... :)

I like it. It's not one of my favorites, but I don't hate it or anything. It's a really pretty song.

i liked Forgiveness. it's was a pretty ballad.
but it's not really one my all time faves.

i like forgiveness.

i like the pv, the computer effects are really good. the effects are so real and convincing, and not cheap and obviously fake like in some videos.

the song is long and could have been shortened, yes. i agree with that. however it does not automatically mean it is boring. i think the arrangements and the vocals are very well layered.

actually if we look at song length, moments is just as long and yet no one complains.

I have no problem with the thing, go on ask the next person.

I LOVE the song. it's sooo pretty. I think this song demands patience and careful listening to appreciate how Ayu's voice and the background music. I like it peronally!

Well, I've asked some of my friends, some of them felt that Ayu was trying to regain the voyage kind of theme to the song ... I personally don't agree but I could see where they were coming from.

I still think that forgiveness was a BEAUTIFUL song, I think people were just not happy with all the CGs. I personally would prefer that she place herself in a REAL forest or something. But yar, all the crystal, translucent effect is sure pretty. Watch it on DVD! I'm sure you'll be awed ... but heck, why didn't they ask Square Enix to do the CGs! :bigbslap

I do agree. When I read the lyrics, I was like " 0 0;; that's ALL?! I thought it was SOO much longer!" Because she always stretched the words too long. But the arrangements on the songs made it a very beautiful song. =3 Her english in the end WAS very hard to hear. >_>; But I think otherwise this songs is a very beautiful song.

I really like 'forgiveness'. Beautiful melody, orchestra, ballad, voice, vocal, lyrics and PV. Nothing to hate. I loved the PV and it matches really with the song. I don't mind Ayu singing in english in this song. And when she sings it live, it's I-N-C-R-E-D-I-B-L-E!

And it's her 30th single!!
