Jupiter:Original Piece
I believe this si the song Ayaka Hirahara got the song Jupiter from. Its a classical piece, written by Gustav Holst (thx kevin..haha). Full name is The Planets Op. 32:Jupiter The Bringer of Jollity. This is one of the audition pieces for our orchestra, and our conductor burnt us a professional performance to help us with our practicing. My friend first heard the CD, and when she recognized it, she was like "OMG ITS THAT REALLY GOOD SONG ON THAT CD U BURNT ME"..--"...so here it is..thought it'd be interesint got share..:-P.
the melody from the song starts 3:18 ish... http://s18.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=4...E5869EEC9122CF oops..could someone tag the title for me??i forgot..:-P |
I thought it was by Gustav Holst...

...well..i looked on the net.....i dont have the piece with me so yeah..o_o
..ok yeah ur right..--" |
Anyway, feels proud for liking this piece like...8 years ago. And the weird thing is the thing I liked about this piece was precisely the chorus of JUPITER...which gets played only like once through the whole piece. -_-

The first verse of "Jupiter" was actually played on Princess Diana's royal wedding with Charles 24 years ago, and the second verse was played on her funeral 17 years later which is really sad. Personally I feel that the climax is one of the most classic musical masterpieces ever created on history, that moment you just felt your soul risen up to the next level and realized how vast the universe is, that feeling is just absolutely great.

I'm kind of disappointed to find out Ayaka "covered" this song =/ I thought the music she used was original, but oh well
thanks for uploading the original :) |
I wish she covered Tchaikovsky 's Swan Lake Suite too. =D

I listened to the original pieces of "Neptune: The Mystic" some time ago, and it was so gloomy that it gave me goosebumps... It's still beautiful in its own unique way though.
