Who do you think should win Best Album for the 46th Nippon Music Awards now that Ayu's out of the running?

Most likely it's either Hirai Ken's "SENTIMENTALovers" or ORANGE RANGE's "musicQ".

Errh... as much as I'd like Sasagawa Miwa to win with "jijitsu", that was released at the end of 2003, before the 2004 year started, so boo. =X

If so, then Hirai Ken with "SENTIMENTALovers". Mr. Children winning with "SHIFUKU NO OTO" wouldn't be too bad either, considering "tenohira/kurumi" sold a truckload.

I was thinking about MISUCHIRU too, but I wasn't sure 'cuz somewhere I read it says they also rejected to participate in the award, or my mind was playing some tricks on me... =X

Ayy. Then again, to put it in another light, they don't need the award to prove they are one of Japan's best rock acts. =)

What are the categories and the artrist Nominatted ?

that album sold alot on its debut week...even surpasses Hirai Ken's "SENTIMENTALS Lover"

Yeah either Ken Hirai or ORANGE RANGE. I wouldn't mind if Mr. Children won since 'Sign' and 'Kurumi' REALLY ROCKED! I think I'm biased towards them because 'Sign' was the theme song to Orange Days.

I thought Ken Hirai and Mr.Children declined the offer to the award ceremony as well? Almost all the major artists declined for the award. But i would really want Ken to win, his album rocked. Or Mr.Children. Hopefully Namie, but she also declined.
