Hey,

This person hotlinked most of my and other Images. And this person even stole my siggys which makes them so desprate my siggy thats just sad. A couple pf my friends reported them so they can delete there site. But anyway I just ask if u know the owner please notify me and do not visit this site for the sake of us other Ku site owners.

Crazy 4 ku is now closed please help us and much as u can.

Ne~ Akurei don't close your site because of other losers on the net! That means they win T__T.. there are too many people like this on the net..

Maybe make a 'Wall of shame' section on your site, naming this person as a hotlinker etc. to let everyone know this person is a leecher and to not bother with his/her site.. and if you have other Ku affiliated sites etc. maybe ask if they'll do the same? So all Ku fans know about this person..

Don't let people like this spoil your hard work ^__^v There isn't enough Ku sites on the net as it is ><..

EDIT: there are also anti-hotlinking scripts you can use, i found one on this site.. dunno if it actually works.. if not search around google a little, there a quite a few sites with these sorts of scripts.

Yea... don't waste your work.. I'm sure it means a lot to you.

Don't close your site! Try the anti-hotlinking thing that Rei suggested. The "wall of shame" is a good idea too.

antihotlinkin?

Rei.. 6th February 2005 08:05 PM

yeah.. basically you add a small script on your site so if someone tries to hotlink any of your images, you can make it so they get another image instead - like this (I found that one on google).

Here's a site with a tutorial and code http://altlab.com/htaccess_tutorial.html

I don't have a page of my own, so I don't know much more about it. I've just seen others use it. It seems to work pretty well though :yes
