Moments, no doubt about it.

1.CAROLS+Moments-Both beautiful PVs for beautiful ballads
2.GAME-The song actually grew on me, pretty good PV
3.INSPIRE-This song become so catchy, and the PV's alright
4.Walking Proud*-Looks okay from the clip I watched
5.Humming 7/4*-Looks like a terrible, mindless PV
6.About You-Bad song+reused clothes/GAME "dance"=bad

*I've only seen about 1 minute of these two...

Moments, no contest. I absolutely LOVE that PV, her dress is BEAUTIFUL, I love the song, and doesn't compare to the other PVs that came out last year.
