Is there a Ayu CD of just instrumental versions?
I was wondering, is there a CD that Ayu put out that is just instrumental versions of songs?.. Because I cannot seem to find any i can use for Karaoke and don't want to be a pest by asking on the download forum for the 5 songs I really wanted?
Or do I just need to look for CD's of hers that do end up having instrumentals of the songs I want and buy all of them..? |
You'd just have to buy all the singles that have the instrumentals you want, she never released an album of karaoke versions. Which kinda sucks if you're in your place. But that's nice that you didn't want to bug people for downloads ^_^ You seem much more considerate than most new members who want files.

heh, I did ask for one in the download section .. because I wanted to take it to Karaoke for my birthday and couldn't get a CD in time (since I asked right before heh) which I am very happy I have gotten now (someone did upload it for me when I asked in their request thread).. I'm now trying to figure out how to get the lyrics to go along like they do for other Karaoke files.. but the programs I have tried have been no help.
is there a good site to buy Ayumi's singles?.. should I use ebay or is there a better way to go about it? |
Sadly, no. Ayu never released a CD of instrumental version only.
But i think some fans here would be nice enough to help you. |

cdjapan.co.jp also sell cds, but yesasia sells overseas versions which are cheaper.

well, RAINBOW and teddy bear each haven't got an instrumental, but the rest should be no problem to find.
And for lower prices, yesasia really is best for buying singles since you can get the overseas versions there. Of the singles listed I think & (which includes Greatful Days) and Endless sorrow are most worth the money. |

Rody's version of the RAINBOW instrumental should help more since she said in her first post that she was using this for Karaoke.

Thank you soooooooooooo very much! now I dont have to only sing the limited number of decent english songs done by females that I like at Karaoke.. now I can sing it and no one will understand what I am singing.. (Unless someone who comes to the bar actually knows Japanese.. but I'm not sure if many people who go to bar's in Idaho know it.. heh) Too bad that there is no Instrumental of Teddy bear. I certainly don't think people who want files are bad. My problem is, in my opinion, worse than yours. While jpop cds are available here through yesasia and places like that, i can barely EAT, let alone buy cds (and i'm not exaggerating... the only reason we can even have the internet is so my fiance can work, as she telecommutes). But I'm not gonna attack every forum I go to asking for files all the time. I'll try to save up for the cds i want first. |

It's certainly not a waste to buy her albums, if just for the packaging in alot of cases (scans do not compare to seeing it for real). And even 320 kbps mp3s are nowhere near as nice as the real thing. And i'm a CD collector (or was), so i just don't see how people are satisfied with JUST having mp3s. It's SOOO much nicer (and more permanent) to have the real thing.
