What EXACTLY are PVs???
 

Hey, just wondering what EXACTLY are PVs... I know they are promotional Videos, but are they actually music vids? I heard they last the whole song, and are music vids? If they're music videos, why does Ayumi confuse me like this?!?! Lol! :yes

my friends call them MV's but i'm use to calling them PV's now, and sometimes my friends dont get it

I always wondered what PVs were also. I grew to learn that it's just another term used for 'music videos' so I use different words. If I want to make it sure, I just call it "Ayu's (insert song here) video." ;)

yeh..in my country we call them just video clips lol
just the name changes..its the video to promote the song at tv

I sometimes used to call them "video clip" when speaking Japanese, but now I just use PV because it's easier. But of course, in English, always music video. No one even knows if I use "promotion video" in English what exactly I'm speaking about.
