UNITE! remixes from the maxi single question

hello guys, i have a question:

why the vocal recording in the remixes of 'UNITE!' is different from the Original version???

i think its just because she decided to change the lyrics at the last minute and the vocal track was done with the pre-change lyrics. correct me someone if i am wrong.

Actually, that's precisely the case. :) It's just an early version, she decided to slightly change the end of the chorus and switch the two lines on either side of the instrumental break later.

There probably isn't a deep reason, writers and lyricists alike have the freedom to change their words. Usually, it's just because the new version "sounds better" or "feels more right".
