btw, I don't thing filming a car accident is a big harm for anyone exept the poor car:> they usually do it in a slow motion, so that later they just play it 2, 3 times faster, and voila! 1 car accident please...

If you have Windows Media Player, it's really easy to make caps. First, open the program. Then go to Tools ---> Options. A window will pop open. Hit the "Performance" tab. At the bottom where it says Video Acceleration, pull the tab all the way to "none". Hit okay.

Now at any time when you play a video, you can simply press "Print Screen" on your keyboard, and the entire screen will be copied to your clipboard. Open up a graphic's program and hit "Paste", and there's your picture. =) Hope that helps. (You can also pause the video too)
