Warning for all Singapore Ayu fans who are getting Heaven
 

Everyone, before you all make a purchase for your copy of Heaven in Singapore, please remember to check for the Japanese lyrics insert!

I went to buy ayu's concert tour DVD today. Then I saw ayu's Heaven, so I decided to buy both. After I walked out of the store, I discovered that the single dun come with a Japanese lyrics insert. So I went back to the store and wanting to get a refund. But the guy went to check other copies and the same thing happen. THen I return the CD back but I was forced to get another CD, so $20 gone just like this !!! T_T!!!

So, before you pay for your copy, remember to check!

(By the way, the store is Popular CD Rama...)

- 1stly, I had to top up to exchange Heaven for the pre-order

- 2ndly, you all r the customers and u all have all the rights in the world to check whatever you want to buy 1st, no matter which store you go to

- 3rdly, the Japanese lyrics is always avaliable, no matter which ever version you have bought, be it S'pore, Japan, HK,... ver

- 4thly, if you have got the single and discover the same problem, DEMAND A CHANGE IMMEDIATELY AT THE SHOP YOU HAVE GOT WITHIN 7 DAYS! (This is a very obvious manufacturing mistake!!!) and no matter which method of payment you have used.

Anyway, I shall wait till they realise this mistake then I'll get the single...

Edit No. 2: I have got the email from popular tt I can get the refund alrdy! Yay!!! but... this wkend...? (Wth, I am having my v impt promotional examination nxt wk and I haven't prepare for it... got to get retain alrdy... Haizzz...)

^ WHAT!!! You bought another CD for the Japanese lyrics? I think you should force the guy to give you a refund, its your rights as a paying customer and a user. Mine is always imported from Japan or Taiwan, no probs! (I'm from M'sia, hehe..)

hmm thanx for the warning ^^ if u buy the japan version then u wun have the translation lyrics which I personally think it is a MUST HAVE in the single so that I can understand de song more. Instead of just listening to the song and looking at unfamiliar japanese words =.="

Think I wun be paying nets for it then ahha if not I dunoe how they're going to refund me. Is that why they cant refund you?

Do you think there's a problem with all the stock in Singapore? Anyway I'd rather buy from Sembawang, about $2 cheaper..

Yucks, CD RAMA drools ... Why are they so EVIL? This so doesn't make sense for me ... you should have pressed in and demanded a refund! It's a faulty product! How can they do this! *furious* *writing letter of complaint to CD RAMA* Again ... you should have used a $20 Popular Voucher as a gift from a friend ... hehe, in that way, at least you won't be so agonized!

No lar... I got another CD, actually, I have got the pre-order of the S.H.E's soundtrack which I didn't really want lar (should have gotten Maia's album instead). But I got that because I am still waiting for the chance to get back some kind of monetary style refund like vouchers. I just email popular this afternoon to complain.

Yah, I think it is just released today...

Anyway, here's the price of the DVD in Singapore
HMV: $45+ if I am not wrong
Sembawang: Around $40
CD-Rama: $38+ (the cheapest, tt's y I went there)

Anyway, I really think that there's a problem with all the copies of Heaven in Singapore, doesn't anyone knows who is importing her release nowadays in Singapore, heard that it's not music street anymore.

By the way, the CD cost $15.90, and I had to top up $4 to get tt S.H.E preorder.

You got a free pre-order because of Popular's mistake? Thats ok right? Popular here takes a damn long time to receive Ayu CDs so I buy from an independent music store that imports all CDs and I get Ayu for RM39 (album), RM29(single+dvd), RM23(single). Cheap huh?! I love that shop so much and I've been buying my Ayu CDs there since I started out as a fan! :luv2

Oh my.... my copy of HEAVEN has the same problem...
Most shops in Singapore doesnt have the refund system lolx.... gonna dink of what to change for =.="

I'm considering getting HEAVEN even though I usually don't buy singles, because I like the remixes on them. I'm thinking of asking the salesgirl to let me check the inside first, do you think it'd be possible? :s

^the only way you're doing that is through Tower Records.. Popular never allows trials or listens or whatevers that may help customers.. Their CD cases are almost always damaged.. My Natalie Imbruglia White Lilies Island..:weep I recommend HEAVEN and FAIRYLAND singles for the remixes!!! ^^ STEP YOU DJ TAKI-something's remix is really good!

If I get it I'm going to Sembawang Music... cheaper there :p So I'm wondering has anyone tried it there?

There's a huge possibility I'll get it if I have the cash... but if there's no lyrics booklet then big no-no.

sembawang is damn cheap!!!!!! i saw ARENA TOUR 2003 DVD at sembawang for only 18.90

well, I am just waiting for my HK version from yesasia ^^
