underrated artists
 

okay, what artists do you guys think should be at number one but...well...arent? i myself am gonna go with Anastacia. She can really sing good and then there's Utada's american stuff which is really good. I also think the Stone Temple Pilots were really good but they didn't really get the praise they deserved.

Hmm...any that i missed? oh yeah, the Gorillaz should be at the top of the list too. I haven't really seen anything as creative as them.

I made a thread like this last year I think, I said Matchbox 20. Though that was a while ago... now I think... hmm... Robbie Williams. Why isn't he popular in North America? He really rocks my socks.

I love the Gorillaz! I used to be a huge Blur fan and wanted to marry Damon Albarn. He's so yum yum.

Gorrilaz and Anastacia arent underrated.. Anastacia is really famous in the UK and she sell tons over there. I think her choice of singles are a little problematic, Sick And tired was excellent, one of my faves till now. But the other two like Heavy On My hearts should have remained an album track.. Underrated? I'll say Nelly Furtado and Natalie Imbruglia, they're the best!!!

kasabian and modest mouse are excellent bands. and zoey is one of the best japanese singers i know. her album is great but i believe she'll never be able to release anything else... that's so bad. yep, they are very underrated. =/

Anastacia and Robbie Williams are really popular in Europe. Robbie is the most popular solo male artist in this side of the ocean , and Anastacia has had a lot of big hits here. She was the main act on the previous MTV Europe Music Awards. She's in the same league as Britney and Xtina in Europe :P

I agree with Mad_Cactuar, Natalie Imbruglia is very, very underrated.

I love Natalie Imbruglia! Her newest album is great ^^ White Lillies Island is still my favourite though

Dont laugh please, but HANSONs are underrated.. their music is awesome, just try to play their albums. :) I really like them for a looong time.

Haha, I think he is overrated! :D He is sooo popular here in Czech republic (I think in the whole Europe) .. maybe too much!

WOW! You people made me so happy!!! I didn't know so many people think the same way about Natalie Imbruglia! *tears of joy* She's way underrated in anywhere outside the UK.. Even now she isnt really doing well in the UK. In Australia too she's doing averagely.. I dont have Left Off The Middle because I couldnt find it but I have the other two albums! My fave is White Lilies Island, especially Sunlight, Wrong Impression, Beauty On the Fire and Butterflies.. ^^

Agreed with Emma Bunton! And would also like to add Delta Goodrem but now she's really famous anyway.. Utada and Delta are kinda underrated in the US.. OH! SOPHIE ELLIS-BEXTOR! Her second album was amazing but largely ignored..
