ummm I have a fairly new laptop and my you make me want to be a man single won't play

it makes a loud scary noise when it reads then it stops and I check my drive and it says theres nothing in there :(

also to get the ringtone it says text TRUE UTADA to 85123 with the code given in your cd case but i dont even get to the code part it sends me a message back saying you have to have a 10 digit number to send it to...

please help:grumpy

maybe it's your laptop.
Have you tried them in other computers?

actually i think my dvd cd drive died on me it does the same on all of them now o.o; but i called tech support and their sending me a new drive thankfully lol

kinda off topic, but has anyone seen the UK cover of her album? it's way cooler than the one we got.

^ yep I saw it jerms, that cover is way better than the constipated old one. Maybe your laptop isnt region free? your problems already solved anyway.. ^^

i have anydvd software burned on my comp. anyone know anything about the ringtone tho how come it didnt work?

it seems as though you don't have the codecs installed to play it...fresh computer, nothing on it, not all codecs downloaded. You might not have a decoder (codec) to read it.
