It is. If you look at the characters, you see the same chinese character for "BLUE" in the two titles. :3

o__o But why is ULTRA BLUE on the singles chart? And why are there 3 GOOD DAY's by V6 in the charts? I knew that was Utada because of the name, it was the same writing on my Distance album as well.. :D

I knew it was Ayu and BLUE BIRD through the second letter which meant bird, I think. Or chicken.
