Judging from the translation and the picture, it sounds like a biography on her music career and success. :shrug I honestly don't know what it is, but that's my guess.

An autoobiography would have been writen by her but if she did do an autobiography it would be heavily commercialised and most people in japan would have one

Whatever info is in it it is most likely very made up, but probably based of random facts that everyone who know at least a little about Ayumi already could figure out... just a guess.
