just note that:

for top japanese gold song, you have to pick 3, for top 10 international gold song, pick 10, else all those just pick one

after finish picking your choice, you've to fill in, at the bottom right, in order:

(unclick on the box below email 'cus it says "i want to receive news from the hongkong radio)

than click on the left green arrow for "submit", the right one is for "reset"
