Producer Hamasaki
 

Does Ayu produce her own music? All her CDs say that she's produced my Max Matsuura, but he says she produces her own music and her CDs say "Produced by Max Matsuura" because of the contract she signed. Is this true?

And if you don't know what a music producer does:
record producer (or music producer) has many roles, among them controlling the recording sessions, coaching and guiding the performers, and supervising the recording, mixing and mastering processes.

Well, I've heard that Max has said that while his name is attached to Ayu's creations..

she is the one behind everything :p She chooses the compositions, she chooses directors.. etc etc.. :3

I believe that Ayu and Max are good friends?

They apparently work well together if she was willing to leave Avex during that big mess :)

Yeah.. in an interview, max said that his name is only there for legal purposes and if it said that it was "produced by ayumi hamasaki" it wouldn't be lying...

Ayu is yayyyyyyyy. Her initiative and creativity amaze me. She like...on a different level as far as entertainers go.

I think that as far as creativity and control of her career goes, she can be compared to Yuming / Madonna, due to having complete control, rather than being 'used' by a company. :p

Ayu's changed her image so many times, you'd swear they were all different people XD

^Yea, it's amazing how many different looks she has...whenever I send people pics, I always have to tell them that she has far more looks than the tip of the iceberg that I've shown them.

A lot of times people I know are like:

'THAT'S HER?' XD

I have a binder cover on the back of my main-binder for school that has a lot of Ayu covers on it [like 40..? missing some]~ and people usually look at it and say appears and MY STORY are scary while Memorial address makes her look eerily pretty :>
