Vivian Hsu is a famous Taiwanese pop/rock singer who debuted back in 1995. Her last album was back in 2005, and was titled "Love Unreservedly".

I wanted to start this thread because she is coming out with a new album 9/19 :D! No cover or tracklist is out yet, but you can hear a preview of the song "Mermaid" on her Official Site! It sounds awesome! Sadly, yesasia has no pre-order link yet :(!

OMG!!! You like her too!!! i had known her for a very long time....i found her okay.

anyway, i had got this nice song, moments(in japanese), duet with kazuma for Gundam SEED. i'm loading it now.

I first heard of Vivi about a year ago around the Love Unreservedly time :D! The album isn't amazing, but it was still pretty good. I think the new album is gonna rock though, I'm excited! I was like "I wonder what's up with Vivi?", so I went to her site and it said new album :yes!

I had no idea she was coming out with a new album.
I kind of dumped her music for Jolin's.
What do you get with the pre-order edition?
I'm not getting either. I'll wait for the the
CD+VCD version. Unless they decide to release one
with a DVD which I hope.

I said new album in the first post XD! I think a poster is coming with the pre-order one, since it's 3 shipping units! If the poster is nice then I'll get the pre-order version, I don't care much for her PVs anyway XD! Jolin is my fav too :D!

Yea, I watched her Love Unreservedly vids and I was like these suck xD! Hen Hen Ai was ok, but they were just bland and unoriginal. I hope the cover is cool with a nice big poster, I'll settle for that!

That's not Hen Hen Ai, that looks like an older song of her's, it wasn't on Love Unreservedly.

The PV hasn't been realsed yet. In the PV she is underwater, and the kanji for the song is "美人魚". There is a preview on her site.

anyone saw her 'i love you x4' pv or song? it's a very simple song/pv, but there's a lot of meaning, i quite like that song.
do you know she wrote most of the lyrics for her song? she had even wrote for Jay, Wong lee Hom, F4 and many more.....

and honestly speaking, Vivian sung for her interest, she's a better actress then singer. like her 'Shoe fairy', it's a simple movie, but a sweet story, i love it!!!! i had watch it when it's airing in the theatres here.

The music player on her site plays the Mermaid clip, I love it so much! Wow, I didn't know that Vivi sampled that! That's one of my fav songs by her too 0.0! If you go to google images and type in Vivian Hsu, on the first page you get topless photos, Vivi had a couple nude books eariler in her career!
