What is Buzz Asia?
I know that Ayu is representing Japan in Buzz Asia by singing Part of Me but what exactly is it?

but it's a concert Last time Kumi came representing Japan and she sung "Trust You" and won the award for it

Namie did it too before, singing "Put 'em up" I'm pretty sure it's just part of the MTV Japan Music awards. They just have a singer/band from Japan, Taiwan, and Korea representing there nations as the best in Asia.

actually Buzz Asia is a theme done by Japan Korean and taiwan MTV channel. Every month, they will pick an artist from their country as a represent and that singer's pv will be shown in the other 2 countries. then, during the MTV Award, there will be an award for the year-of represent.

wow.. so ayu is representing Japan in 2007 with the PV of part of Me!! :) i am sure ayu can win the award! but i thought ayu refused to accept any awards already?

She refuses to accept large awards involving her songs' sales I think.. [Japan Record Awards, Japan Gold Record Awards and so on..]
