My 3 Regrets At Ayu HK Concert
 

Yo all. Been few days since I returned from Hong Kong. I must say I really enjoyed the concert though I had a few regrets. Hmm..

#1. Missed the chance to buy Ayu concert goods.

#2. Didnt change my specs lens.

#3. Didnt smuggle in my digi cam during the concert.

For #1, haha being new at concert stuff, I had no idea that the stuff were sold before the concert and so early! So I managed to only bring back memories of the concert with just my pair of eyes.

For #2, haha actually I had told myself to change it a few days before the flight to HK but somehow slipped off my mind. So at the concert, I could only see misty Ayu lol. Perhaps the biggest regret of the 3.

For #3, Hmm. Sean told me that someone who took fotos during the concert was "escorted" out. Coz outside the stadium before entering, they would check ur bags but they didnt check ur clothes so can actually slip a digi cam inside ur pockets if the cam is small enough. I guess perhaps itz worth a few shots especially when Ayu comes close enough (eg. during the sides of the stage). Downside would be losing a few seconds of the concert while surrendering the cam outside the stadium.

Yea those r the regrets I had for my 1st ever Ayu concert. Learnt some lessons the hard way haha. Will be saving up to go Ayu concert again =)

I wish I could go to one of her concerts *sigh* sounds amazing, regardless of any regrets.

I would regret for second the most too -_-" But look at the bright side! You`ve been on the concert, you have a nice memory :) You sure enjoyed it, that`s the most important part, right?

Sounds like her Asia Tour isn't going as well as we had anticipated? :(

there's some kind of ribbons that spread out within the fireworks, right? didn't u manage to collect some of the ribbons?

How is it not going well? She's doing fantastic with rave reveiws from all Asian media.

Is it? I guess I just keep running across fans' negative comments (with the exception of Ayu_Jayson). The whole, "Oh, Ayu lip-synched!" and crap. Never mind... :innocent

#1 seems to have been a problem for a bunch of people. I would have been sad over sold out goods... but only until the concert started and I saw Ayu for the first time. Memories are definitely better, can't put a price on them. :)

Good luck on seeing Ayu again.

Haha 4ever*Ayu, yeah the ribbons! My seat had a good position to get it, in fact the range of the ribbons stopped exactly near my seat. The ribbons shot in my face haha. Alternarist beside me was fast, he grabbed 'em the moment they were shot. Haha I remember he and the female fan beside me grabbed onto the same ribbon lol. I didnt grab any tho, too fixed on Ayu. I did see some writings on the ribbons.

Lacus, I went to the stadium at 8, just 15 mins before the opening. But I reached Hong Kong on 5th noon. So could have a good chance of doing early queue for merchandise if I know the time of the concert stuff being sold. Haha, at least learnt something from this concert.

Chibi_Venus, Ayu really did a great job, haha she was sweating alot at the end of the encore (as I saw it from the side close-up TV)! The concert was a success without any technical problems like faulty speakers etc. Itz really amazing when Ayu walks near the sides which is near my seat (I was on extreme right side, cant see frontal view of stage). Itz like Ayu's so near u could see her face so clearly!

Coz of my lens problems, I had to turn to looking at the side screens to see close-up on Ayu.

MiniAyumi, I'm from Singapore and this concert I enjoyed it like the peak of my life! Haha =) I hope more of us can get the chance to watch Ayu concert coz itz really really worth it.

seems like alot of SG fans flew over to HK! but at least u get to watched and enjoyed the concert!! if there's gonna be a 2nd asia tour u shld knw what to do alrdy! :D

i also felt big disappointed for HK ASIA TOUR 2007..
when u were outside the HK COLISEUM, you would feel like there's no concert at all,
no big banners for the concert, NOTHING..
Taipei ASIA TOUR 2007 is much better, i supposed..

no official announcement where to queue up for buying tour goods...
Suddenly, there were just people who started to queue up..
(at first, i didn't know what were they doing queueing up that early...i thought probably queueing up for going to the concert hall or something..as me and my friends were still on the back Y GATE to wait for ayu to come out as she didn't come out anymore...)

they kept on talking in cantonese as they thought the audience were all HK people...

really a big disappointment of HK avex!!!

i only got stick light, mobile strap ayupan, tour phamplet, sticker, wrist band, short sport towel... that's all :( :( :(
i really want the bag and the t-shirt!!!!

i arrived at 3:30pm but i was not able to buy most of the stuff i wanted. only 4 of the items were still available.

and the guards were very vigilant about cameras. i saw at least 6 people who got kicked out. and once they got kicked out, they missed about 15 minutes of the concert.

Haha yeah! When I reached at 8pm at the stadium, the queue was so long like a snake and the line curves here n there. I too thot it was the queue to get into the concert itself. My entrance was thru gate G. But I later guessed that had to be the tour goods queue since the way to the concert was rather spacious, haha.

Ayumixx & Extepan, u guys were lucky to get the leftovers. Well I think can try yahoo or ebay if u really want those stuff badly. I must admit every item looks tempting to get haha. The ayupan figurine to me is the most worth to get. In sg itz abt like 2-3 times higher pricing. The tour black t-shirt looks so nice! But Ayu wore the one in white during the encore. I think if u put on the tour gear (white t-shirt, hang the towel at the waist), u'll look no different from a "A" dancer, haha =)

Extepan, 15mins???!!! Woah thatz really damaging lol. I think the best time to take fotos would be near the encore or just when encore is abt to end, since I dun think u'll miss much even if get escorted out. Itz abt timing =) and risking and stealth, lol. If u can get ur hands on a pinhole camera and attach it to ur shoulder or top of ur cap and hide it well, u can make ur own Ayu dvd haha. But just dun use the pinhole camera for the wrong reasons since itz hazardous to conscience =)

Trivia: This is becoming like a Ayu HK Tour discussion thread! Maybe we shld start one! =) I think we shld start one in which we give our account of our trip in HK and about Ayu's concert. I'm sure it'll be great to share the stories! We have much 2 share =)

i was the one who got kicked out also..but they let you in again after u deleted everything that had ayu on ur camera..

Ayumixx! Haha, I salute ur efforts. But oh man, they made u delete? I didnt knw that. They're real spoiler lol. I thot just surrender the camera and u could keep the pics. I mean we arent trying to spin money outta those fotos, they shld have been more lenient with that rule =) Perhaps one day when they're fans too, they'll prolly understand haha.

i hate it.
even the pics that i got before the concert, when i was in maddam tussaud with lots of wax figures, all were deleted..
well, i guess it was also my fault..
i was too scared at that time, the security was showing that "angry" face at me, i was so scared that they wouldn't let me inside anymore..
so i just quickly deleted all the images then quickly got back inside, even i still missed the "appears" performance, :( :( :(
if i was not quick, i had to stay there probably about 15-20 minutes to delete all the concert pics that i had gotten...

well, at least, i was on that concert til the end..

Ayumixx, u mean u deleted even pics of Ayu wax figure? Woah, Where is this maddam tussad wax musuem? In Hong Kong? Haha u could have spend more time to explain about those arent concert fotos but I guess I could understand y u deleted all those fotos since u wanna minimise loss of concert time, pretty painful experience. Itz also kinda a sticky situation, I kinda understand. But trust me if I were u, I'll do the same thing. Fast delete all and get back in quickly.

During the concert, I also deleted all my hp fotos of other stuff and tried to take fotos inside but I just took one and it was so blur. But I still kept that pic haha. Itz during the cage dance. Very blur image, all pixelated. If I had a 3mega-pixel hp cam, that'll be a totally diff story. I didnt get escorted out for using a hp cam and I took the pics out in the open but the guards didnt do anything. Maybe perhaps I just took 2-3 shots and perhaps the guard didnt see it. Hmm, a reason to invest in a gd hp cam =)

^ I just have to tell you that despite the disappointments, you're very lucky to have at least gone to a concert. :) Some people would never get that chance in their lifetime. ;)
