Let me introduce you my favourite french female singer Ysa Ferrer.
She will release her long awaited 3rd album this year.

Alizée had a great success there because of the lolita thing, Ysa Ferrer could do the same now with this catchy/techno music =)

The instrumental isn't the best [Even for french music] thought the lyrics are quite good & the voice catchy ^^

Gosh what happened to her. Kamikaze was a pretty good CD.

TO BI OR NOT TO BI sucks though. and it debuted at #44 on the charts this week...im' surprised she still has so many fans : P
