ai ai ai i'm ur little butterfly

*and the rest you know...

Well,, Did she sing this song? o.O

Rurutia 17th May 2007 11:46 PM

no...limewire just labeled incorrectly i guess, but she most certainly did not sing that song...my friend came up to me one day and said she had that song on her ipod and said it was by ayumi.......and being an ayumi fanatic i knew she didn't have a song by that name...so i told her.

XDDD This has been asked about a million times. but it's always nice to answer these kind of questions.

The group who sings the song Butterfly is called Smile.DK and they have sung multiple songs for Playstation games called Dance Dance Revolution, other songs by this group are Dub-I-Dub, So Many Men... I don't remember much.

In P2P programs, anything can be edited by it's users.
Butterfly was not sung by Ayu.

FoObY 18th May 2007 02:19 AM

sora2522 18th May 2007 03:06 AM

Actually both those songs are by another group called "Me & My".

Some other smile.dk songs that have appeared on DDR so far are "Boys", "Dancing All Alone", and "Golden Sky"

That amazing song is how I found out about the magnificent Ayumi.

AyuHamasaki01 18th May 2007 10:07 AM

I always thought she sung the song for an anime... and that it was Ayumi because her voice looks like it in english

CONFUSED

When I said that about her voice, I was attacked relentlessly.

Yes, someone famous for her lyrics would certainly write something like that.

Weslicious 18th May 2007 03:01 PM

Oopsie. I always thought it was an Aqua song. Sounds exactly like her :headache

Okay, so were attacked because you said it looked like Ayu's voice in Butterfly???

Still... I'm pretty sure it's Ayumi

FoObY 18th May 2007 05:28 PM

It's not ayumi.. X_X

"The group's songs, particularly "Butterfly", are often mistaken as being by the similar artists Toy-Box and, on occasion, Aqua. "Butterfly" is constantly being mistaken to be sung by Jpop artist Ayumi Hamasaki."

Smile.dk definitely did that song. Get the DDR soundtrack and they are listed. :)

Joey Yung, a popular Chinese singer, did do a cover of the song in Chinese though. It sounds a bit strange, but cool.
