I think more articles should contain a little tidbit about the surgery issue. :|

well you don't have to call people idiotic or ignorant for making that kind of comment. It is kind of hard not to notice how big her eyes are sometimes. Everyone at some point in time has looked at someone and thought "those are so fake".

Not really. Her eyes are not truly big, usually it's just make up or photoshop. Many other artists are in the same boat but never labelled them as plastic surgery people.
