New single Missing/permission on november??
 

Hi everyone

I found information that says that a new single will come out in november, called Missing/permission. it's supposed to be a ballad

does anyone know if this is for real or just a rummor?

but, these people may just be playing off the fact that there was a rumor going around (its still unconfirmed, i think) that a composer had just finished composing a ballad for either Ayumi Hamasaki or Every Little Thing.

This rumor sounds like the Now & Forever rumor/hoax. I think it's a little too early for another new single, especially before talkin' 2 myself is released. :shrug Time will tell whether this is true or not.

If it is true, it would seem that Ayu will release another album this year!

No matter what, sometime prior were talking myself has rukket to be introduced , dive facts now up rumours about another does not sing. It do be about allegedly become introduced 28. november , along with appellation Missing permission ; and be feel dates back to ballad was composing at Kazuhito Kikuchi. This allegation infer from a co-worker at ayuloveayu , ( Japanese BSS ) as asserts to have got the information from a employed in Avex.

Apparently, someone on ayuloveayu got an employee from avex to spill the beans on the new title. It's not official news, but she probably HAS already started teh new songs. She said herself, she dosent take time off. :)

I really hope not. I would rather she wait and let this next album sit and cook for a while. I thought that last year, Secret was a bit premature, and I think if she releases another album this fall, that it will probably sound even more rushed than the last two. I know that's her style, to get it all together in the last two months, but between (miss)understood and Secret, it's starting to really show. I want something that has set well with time, and with deep lyrics.

I say let's just wait. :D It's really quite hard to tell, especially when her next single is going to released soon.

the title "permission" sounds so unayuish...and it will be funny if avex uses this title since they had just came out with "decision"...

I don't know, exactly. I feel like Ayu must be in a really weird position. I mean, as a poet, I can really relate to her as a lyricist. So, I'm sure she's happy with the lyrics she's writing now and all, but I don't know if she can write the same kind of dark/angst like she used to in the Duty~I am... days, since she must simply be in a "happier" state in her life right now? It might explain the recently "happier" lyrics? But then, after the breakup, I would think that she'd be ready to write something a bit heavier. I don't know...especially since the summer, I'm sure avex pressured her into releasing a song like glitter, but even her "heavier" songs of late like "kiss o' kill," "fated," "talkin' 2 myself," "part of Me," and "Secret" have all lacked that sort of cutting-edge feel that her older songs like "Duty," "Endless sorrow," "I am...," "NEVER EVER," and "End of the World" had.

I think that it has partly to do with the fact that RAINBOW came out. lol

She's come to terms with all that stuff, and has embraced her past self. Rather than moping around she's accepted that the previous "Ayu" went through a lot and is moving on.

But now that she's broken up with her lover though, it seems like she has a reason to go back to that state of mind.. In regards to the quality of her music, I think it's just the fans' opinions because it's been so long and that was her "golden era." Had some of these songs been released during that time, I'm sure people'd be loving them. It goes vice-versa as well, if some of her older works were released now, I think criticism would be the same ["Not as emotional or as deep as her other stuff."].

Blaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah. lol

I think that she's going through a different process this time, because now she's older, a more mature person, with more experiences, so from that point of view, her lyrics are never going to be the same. But who knows, she can choose to be that Ayu again

I do think she will release another single this year and then a studio album or something before her arena tour unless she's planning on doing something completely different. Like instead of having a arena tour based on a album like she did for the last 3 times, maybe she'll have a fan poll for what they want to hear at the tour next year...something like what l'arc en ciel did for their 15th anniversary concert. After all, next year is ayu's 10th anniversary.
