Do AVCD numbers differ on JP and OS releases?
 

Are the AVCD numbers different or the same on Japanese and Overseas releases? I'm planning on buying a few singles and various items that you can't really find anywhere else, i.e. - surreal, daybreak, etc. and i just want to make sure if theyre japanese or overseas releases.

p.s. - i wont name the source due to fear of someone else buying them before me...sorry~

OS Releases are AVTCD-XXXXX

Japan versions - AVCD + numbers
OS - AVTCD + numbers

I just want to point out that there are several different kinds of OS versions.
The Taiwan ones have AVJCD-###

hmmmm, yes. I think the OS versions from YesAsia are the ones with AVT .... I'm not sure where they're from though =\ Coz they have OverSeas, Taiwan, HK versions .... ^^;

Yesasia also mark if their Korean.

(Hong Kong, Oversea's, Korean, Japan is what I've seen on yes-asia, but I think OS and HK are the same.)

The AVT is definately Hong Kong. It may be the others too, but is defiantely HK.
