The "appears" building
 

Hey guys!
I don't post here that much, I'm usually @ ayunite!, and there I posted this thread:

I used google earth and google maps to find the building where "appears" PV was shot.

I don't think I was in the areas mentioned when I went to New York over the summer, but the hotel I stayed at was right on Lexington Ave, which was enough for me. :P (Bold & Delicious)
