Well, u need a program like Adobe Photoshop or Nova Development (plz don't use this one..use Photoshop) and once u obtain a program like that...you'll basically know what to do! I hope that helps!

I recommend first playing around with whatever graphics program you use and see what you can do. There are always handy tutorials on the web but it's better that first you play around and see what you can make on your own.
