what is the best and fastest way to compress ayumi dvd

Hi,

I am trying to convert and compress ayu's cdl and tours into avi so I can post them on a fansite I am making of hers. I am looking for the best program to do it but one that isn't going to take 2 or 3 hours to do it. thanks to anyone that can help me out with this.

Well, I don't know about how long it takes, but DVD Shrink can sure compress a DVD into an avi file. :P

I had no idea that dvd shrink can do that. how do i do that?
