Famous Actor in About You PV

I can't remember where, but I remember reading that there was a famous guy in this PV. Apparently he had on tons of makeup so he was unrecognizeable. Who is it? I believe it was referring to the hot guy in the box. But who is it???

That is Shugo Oshinari

He was in the PV's of Koda Kumi; feel and Someday. He was also in Battle Royale as well, recently in Yukan Club episode 3.
