A lot. New Years in Japan is a big shopping holiday. People have basically the entire week off. Think of it as Thanksgiving in the US with all the sales afterwards. :)

I'm glad you can preorder it already, but I'll most certainly be waiting for the Overseas Version. It's pointless not to with all the money saved. So what if it comes out a week later?

I believe it's 15 tracks total.

14 tracks total is what most/if not all Japanese sites say.

My guess is that... there might be a secret track at the end of the album.
