Instead of saying, "as it is", I think it would sound better to translate as "this kind of", like "did I imagine this kind of future?" :)

The chinese translation of the 3rd stanza. Whoever did it probably typed it from the booklet somehow..? O_O;

^Maybe it's "koukai" (regret)? I don't know Chinese though, but the second kanji is read "kui" in Japanese, meaning "regret".
