Posting Games Forum?
 

I do not know if this is right section to talk about this, but...

Why aren't there any thread in the "Posting Games Forum" section?!

Didn't it slow down the forum too much or something?

Those are always fun to do, but I agree that its quite annoying when the forum is slow all because of a stupid thread.

We had to close down the posting games forum because the server kept crashing. I'm sure we're all familiar with the frustration felt with not having AHS working properly. *shudder*

And that's why it will stay that way. We ask everyone to take it to MSN or a chat room...

Recently? No. When it was initially taken down, and a few times here and there it was discussed. Unless AHS gets some tremendous server upgrade of some sort, I do not believe we'll be seeing the return of the posting games forum.

As stated earlier, if anyone wants to gather people around the table and make a big live chat room, that's certainly a fine idea, and has been done in the past.

:laugh I remember when I couldn't log into AHS for a month. I hate to sound like a geek, but I felt bored without AHS. :P It's the forum I visit the most often.

I think the Forum was closed down because it was causing too many problems for the server. The Chat threads and games that used to be here were probably too much for the server. I've gotten over the Forum since, but I wouldn't mind its return.

But some of the threads in the Forum were fairly ridiculous. The "What time is it now?" thread was quite silly.

The Posting Game Forum was taken down and I can't say I'm not happy about that. People were crazy. Especially in the chat threads. :laugh
