When is AT normally held?

Hey guys, do any of you know when Arena Tour is normally held... in which months normally (if it's a normal timeframe)?

Well, AT 2006 and 2007 was held on March till June
AT 2005 was held on February till May (or June?)
AT 2003-2004 was held onJanuary till MArch.

dates for the 2008 tour are on the site already, just not the international destinations.
