Wasn't this news weeks ago? Or was that just rumors.. anyway, if they said she had every mental illness in the world, I'd believe it.

AyuGAME 4th February 2008 12:24 PM

what kind of disorder it is?
maybe impact breaker can explain it to us

ayu_ready? 4th February 2008 01:09 PM

It's a mental disorder in which the person may either suffer from "mania" or "depression", with one shifting/cycling over the other over time. They're kinda opposites in terms of mood behavior. If the person only suffers "mania" but never "depression", it is also considered bipolar disorder.

Mania:

-person gets too hyper and agitated
-ideas flow extremely fast, causing confusion
-talks excessively, but most things are rather nonsense, because of the confusion
-loses attention
-excessive energy
-becomes aggressive
-can't sleep at all
-potential for sex and drugs abbuse

Depression:

-sadness
-lack of energy
-pessimism
-hopelessness
-irritability
-potential for suicide

Patients with mania do a lot of incovenient and bizarre things, and that could easily explain some of Britney's latest behaviors.

^thanks for the explanation

He's a poser, but personally I'm really annoyed by people blaming him for "ruining" Britney. He wasn't even the first "married with kids" dancer she hooked up with and if she has been officially diagnosed and it's not just a gossip site jumping to conclusions to get more press, I think it's even less fair to blame Kevin for any mental illness. Her behaviour had sometimes been questionable, just not as highly publicised, before she met him (that Vegas wedding is just one example).

If there are people who should be blamed, I'd pick ones like the record exec who first signed her: “She looked like the sweet, All-American girl that you just wanted to defile and do bad things to, and that appealed to me" - now that's an unhealthy influence on a teenager!

ImpactBreaker 4th February 2008 03:07 PM

Yeah, Kevin has nothing to do with this condition she has.

alternarist 4th February 2008 04:03 PM

sighs.

the "Baby Give me One More Time" girl in 18, life being destroyed. :(:( i pity her.

summersnow 4th February 2008 04:12 PM

this is really very sad. =(

lalalaomg 4th February 2008 08:55 PM

My mom has bipolar, it's quite easy to control. When it was really bad, she wouldn't sleep, she heard voices telling her the house and the cars were going to blow up, that she was pregnant (Which is impossible because she had a tubal) and yeah, she was crazy. x.x

but now she's a-okay. It's not a difficult disease. She's on tons of medication now because of her disease, but she's alot better than what she once was. It's no suprise to me that she has bipolar.

Seishou 4th February 2008 08:57 PM

Took so much time to say something that almost everyboy realized.

This is sad for her fans that one day tried to say "This is just a bad moment of her life".

zeroshin888 4th February 2008 09:13 PM

i feel sorry for her before, now i feel even more sorry for her!
can those with this disorder recover from it??

rikku411 4th February 2008 09:19 PM

Aww, that's really sad :(

I don't think there's any "recovery" but she can take medicine to get it under control if need be.
