hikki's "Wings" used in adversting?
 

I saw a commercial for Burlington Coat Factory today for Easter clothes and in the background I could distictly hear the music that plays 3min50sec into the song. I don't know if this is a national commercial or what so I don't know how many people might get a chance to hear it. Also I remember a Sears commercial last year that had the same music.

Yea I remember people talking about it last year. I have heard it this year for Burlington's CM. I'm really curious to know if that is a public domain sample that Utada happened to use for a song as well. ??

I also heard/saw the commercial.

It sounds similar, and I recorded the CM with my phone, but I won't upload it because the bad quality wont help the cause really.

anyway, yeah, i think it is a melody that was from "GarageBand", which, if i am not mistaken, was used to create both Wings and many commercials.
