It's in the rules somewhere. I don't know where exactly, but with infractions, you have three strikes then you're out. So I guess you could think of it as a warning.

Link mate, just try and cut the spam down a little at least. I know you're not doing it to cause trouble, but srsly, it can get slightly tedious for people sometimes ; ;

The infraction will never be lifted (they can't be... that's how they're deisgned i believe).
