1 LOVE a-nation07 & AT07
 

So.. I've been wondering if it's just me or do the a-nation 07 and AT07 1 LOVE perfomances sound excatly the same? I remember reading a thread "does Ayu sing live?" or something like that and someone wrote that she sometimes records "live-versions" of her songs to rest her voice a bit at concerts...

I don't really care if she did or didn't sing it live since it would be reasonable if it was like stated above but this has been bothering me for a while now and I wanna know am I the only one who thinks Ayu's vocals sound just the same at both perfomances.. :doh

why ayu must repeating her older stuff?

^ Cause she's not a machine, and the time space between the Asia Tour and a nation was short? :)

Anyway, I haven't heard or seen the a nation version yet, so I can't say, lol.

HUH...so she recycled vocals?...gosh..thats kinda disappointing....

hmmm the beginning is exactly the same...I compared the two mp3s and I have to admid its nearly the same....altough I don´t think..dunno (edison chen was right then XD)

I havent watched it yet..so i cant say anything

it could be that they editted to make it similar....those who went did say she sang live...
and one thing to note..
AT07 took place BEFORE a-nation07

Oh yeah that's true... :think But I wouldn't be surprised if they used same previously recorded vocal track at both a-n & AT.

Or maybe she just got used to singing 1 LOVE so many times at AT that the song automatically sounds almost same at a-nation... Gosh I dunno. :rolleyes But I compared mp3s of both perfomances and it sounds very similiar.

i think while editing AT07..avex decided to use the merge the vocals from a-nation07 too? (coz a nation's wan was really almost perfect)

She DEFINITELY sang live. In the cam version of 1LOVE at AT07 you can hear she sings the song way different than on the DVD of AT07 and AN07. The "Just 1 LOOOVE" is much different. She goes like "just wun luUUUuv". But comparing it to eachother, it's 99% the same.. They just buffed up her voice for the DVD and like I said probably all to almost all songs are enhanced. xP

I was thinking this too but not just with 1 LOVE. evolution sounds very similar to me too.

The same happened in CDL07-08. STEP you sounded the same as the perf at AT06 and way to perfect compared to the rest of the songs live. So maybe ayu has really started tp lip-sync?? :(

There have been several cases where Ayu has sounded really good and we're like "huh"~..

I mean, people have seen her live at the concerts we're talking about [CDL07-08/AT07] and they didn't notice anything strange. :|

Honestly, I've never heard of Ayu not singing live during her Arena Tours. You gotta remember that for them, it's easy to tweek it out on the DVD. Ayu is human, she's not perfect and it's normal for her, even after this long, to make mistakes when singing/performing. If one part of the concert didn't sound as great as they would have liked it too, they most likely edited it for the DVD.

it sounds similar because this was the one same song, and Ayu sang it so many times before that she made her vocal perfect singing this.
As for me the perfomances are similar, but not so much.
As for me in A-Nation version in chorus we can hear better Peco's voice, and it's not only the difference.
And just remember - that A-Nation is LIVE Music festival so any lypsinch is prohibited(or it must be written), the same with AT.
And for me it sounds really different in some parts(i watched AT07 dvd and A-Nation tv version)
So never mind. She just have perfect vocal(check with her first singing this at CDTV countdown show). During AT07 she improved her vocal and showed this song at A-Nation as one of the best from AT07

you can even see in documentary that she's been practising so hard...
and exercising her vocal before starting the concert~
why should she do that if she lip-sync?
for fun?

IMO she will do whatever she likes to entertaint her fans

I dunno, she has been singing for 10 years now, and every years she will have this kind of huge concert...so I think by now, she could handle this stuff u know. I mean, she will have the power and energy to handle a lot of moves, and vocal-wise...

THIS TWO PERFOMANCES ARE NOT SIMILAR!!!!! LISTEN TO CHORUS TV VERSION OF A-NATION and AT07!!

I was in the a-nation '07 Kobe performance and she did sang live in a-nation since you could hear her voice going a little weak in the "sonna mono ni...." and so on.
