well I got a question about appears lyrics =o

Let's see, this is the first chorus
koibitotachi wa totemo shiawasesou ni
te o tsunaide aruite iru kara ne
maru de subete no koto ga umaku
itte'ru ka no you ni mieru yo ne
hontou wa futari shika shiranai

and this is the traslation:
The lovers, seemingly happy,
hold hands and walk.
It looks like everything is going perfectly, but
only they know the truth.

but what I was wondering is that she says something more in the last one:

hontou no tokoro nante dare ni mo wakaranai

and in the traslation just change the las part:

hold hands and walk.
It looks like everything is going perfectly, but
no one knows the truth.

So anybody could plz tell me what that part means =0?
the one she added at the end >.>?

I think she's basically saying that no one will ever know the truth(whatever the truth may be;be it a secret or w/e), only the couple will know, of course. It's what goes on between them, and only them. Only they know the truth.

Kind of confusing lol. I'm not good at explaining things, gomen.

that's clear right o,o^?

Now what I mean is that she added some more lyrics before that part
subete ga sou maru de nani mo ka mo

but in the traslation it goes the same as the first verse =o got it @@?

The lyrics emphasize the idea a lot more. It's just kind've drawn out from the first chorus. Basically the same meaning.

i had a friend go through it for me, and they gave a more word-for-word and easier to understand translation of both chorus' (although masa's gets the point across more effectively)

Usual chorus:

koibitotachi wa totemo shiawasesou ni

itte'ru ka no you ni mieru yo ne
hontou wa futari shika shiranai

The lovers, seeming to be very happy,
Are walking hand-in-hand, so
It seems that all aspects must be
going smoothly, that's how it appears
No one knows the truth but those two.

Last chorus:
